Karmine Corp are a good team. But looking at their stats from the first split, they were the fifth-best squad in the region.

Karmine Corp are priced as favourites for this match, but I can not find a good reason to agree with that. Admittedly, we do not know how CTBC Flying Oyster will perform and they, indeed, hail from a weaker region than the LEC.

However, statistically, this is not a match between the best LCP and LEC teams but rather a match between the best Asia-Pacific team and the fourth or fifth-best European team.

Lack of international experience also plays a factor here. There are many reasons to believe CTBC Flying Oyster can perform against the unconvincing Karmine Corp.
