Fnatic have not looked great so far at the RMR, and they clearly are not fit to face some of the world's top sides. However, this should be a fairly straightforward series for the European lineup, who are set to face the world's no.43 squad.

There is a world where Dynamo Eclot take a bite out of Fnatic, but I would not expect an upset.

Fnatic clawed their way to the fifth round of Perfect World Major 2024 EU RMR A with two wins and two losses. But they have done well over the four series.

Fnatic took nine rounds against Natus Vincere (9-13), demolished Rebels Gaming (13-3), beat BetBoom Team (13-11) and lost to FaZe Clan (0-2). Fnatic have essentially lost only to two of the top Counter-Strike teams in the world, which is not too inspiring concerning their chances to win the Major.

However, Fnatic have been fairly efficient in running over weaker teams, which could spell trouble for Dynamo Eclot.

Dynamo Eclot have not had the most promising run through the RMR. It's not too shocking as they were not expected to place top seven, and there is a good chance Eclot will not.

So far, the Czech Counter-Strike squad have beaten GamerLegion (13-11) and Sangal Esports (2-0) but lost to Team Falcons (13-16) and SINNERS Esports (8-13). While going 2-2 does not sound too bad, Dynamo Eclot have also had a very easy path to this point.

Fnatic v Dynamo Eclot

Fnatic can be a bit inconsistent which is not the best trait to have. However, they have been very efficient in beating weaker opponents, which makes it much harder to believe Dynamo Eclot can cause an upset on Wednesday.

We could see all three maps played, as Dynamo Eclot will likely want to play on Inferno, Mirage, and Dust II, which are some of Fnatic's worst maps. However, the quality difference is still there and should be enough to push Fnatic over the finish line.

I expect a 2-1 victory for the betting favourites.
