It is a relegation six-pointer in the Spanish La Liga as strugglers Las Palmas and Alaves square off in a Friday night fixture.
It has been a poor campaign for both teams and they come into this clash separated by just two points. They will be desperate to get something from this fixture and are likely to cancel each other out.

It has been a difficult campaign for Las Palmas, who are deep in relegation trouble, sitting second from bottom. However, they are just three points from safety and a few favourable results this weekend could see them climb to 17th in the table.

That result over Villarreal ended a run of six winless matches for Alaves, who are playing below their best. However, Eduardo Coudet's team are unbeaten in five of their last six La Liga away matches, with four of those fixtures ending in draws.
Like the hosts, Alaves have some attacking quality, with Kike Garcia scoring 11 La Liga goals this season. However, they are often let down by their poor defence having failed to keep a single clean sheet on their league travels this season, a run stretching to 14 matches.

Alaves are unbeaten in six of the last seven matches against Las Palmas and claimed a 2-0 home victory in the reverse fixture back in September. However, three of the last four meetings at Las Palmas have ended in stalemates.
