Manchester United vs Arsenal
Arsenal remain in pursuit of leaders Liverpool as they travel to Manchester United for an English Premier League fixture.
The hosts are still trying to find their feet under Ruben Amorim and face a Gunners side attempting to play without a recognised striker. Both teams have shown little attacking quality lately and could be set for a low-scoring outcome here.
Manchester United Form
Manchester United are showing little signs of progress and come into Saturday’s clash with just one win from their last five matches across all competitions. They crashed out of the FA Cup after losing on penalties to Fulham and played out a 1-1 draw at Real Sociedad in the Europa League round of 16 first leg.
The good news for United is that their only win in that recent run came in their previous Premier League fixture, edging out troubled Ipswich Town 3-2 at home. Amorim's men will be keen to build on that result as they sit in the bottom half of the table, nine points off the top 10.
One of the problems for Manchester United is their underperforming attackers, with the likes of Joshua Zirkzee, Rasmus Hojlund and Alejandro Garnacho all struggling. Their last two matches have produced under 2.5 goals while two of the last three fixtures have served up halftime draws.
Arsenal Form
Arsenal rose above their attacking problems in midweek as they eased to a 7-1 victory at PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League round of 16 first leg. They had multiple scorers, with makeshift striker Mikel Merino getting one of the goals while Martin Odegaard netted a brace.
Manager Mikel Arteta will be keen to build on that performance, although Arsenal are likely to find Premier League defences tough to break. The Gunners had struggled to create much in their previous two Premier League matches, losing 1-0 to West Ham before a 0-0 draw at Nottingham Forest.
Besides the win in Eindhoven, Arsenal have not been rampant lately, with four of their last five Premier League matches producing under 2.5 goals. Two of their last three matches in the league have also produced halftime draws.

Arsenal have the upper hand in recent meetings with Manchester United winning the last four matches, including a 2-1 victory in the reverse fixture in December. However, the Red Devils knocked their rivals out of the FA Cup in January, winning on penalties after a 1-1 draw in normal time.
Verdict
Arsenal may have put seven past PSV but are unlikely to get a similar freedom in the Premier League. Their defence has been solid all season but they have failed to score in their last two league matches. With Manchester United also unconvincing going forward, a low scoring contest is expected here.
