Having eased to a 4-1 victory in the first meeting, Chelsea will be aiming to complete the double when they host Djurgarden in the UEFA Conference League semi-final second leg.

Djurgarden's overall recent form has been unconvincing as they are winless in three of their last four matches across all competitions. They were held to a 1-1 home draw by AIK in a domestic fixture last weekend.

Another issue for Djurgarden is that they often struggle on their travels and are winless in four of their last six away matches across all competitions, suffering three defeats in that run. However, they tend to show some attacking quality on the road and have scored in six of their last seven Conference League away matches.
