Lazio and Juventus are still pushing for the European places and clash in an Italian Serie A fixture on Saturday.

Both teams have struggled with inconsistency in the last few weeks and are showing only flashes of quality lately. Sitting level on points, they could be set to cancel each other out, with the attacks expected to shine in a closely fought contest.

Juventus are fourth in the table, level on points with sixth-placed Lazio, a fact that highlights the intensity of the top four race. Like the hosts, they have been a bit inconsistent lately, with three wins from their last six Serie A matches.

Juventus travel to the capital off the back of a 1-1 draw at Bologna last time out in Serie A, with Kephren Thuram getting their goals. That result is part of an erratic run on the road for Igor Tudor’s team, who have claimed two wins and as many draws from the last six away matches in the league.

Kenan Yildiz is suspended for Saturday’s clash but Juventus still have enough quality in attack and have scored in five of their last six matches. However, they have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last four away fixtures.
