PSG vs Barcelona Preview & Tips
PSG were exceptional against Manchester City in the last round as they handed their opponents a 4-2 defeat in the second round of the group-stage.
Barcelona have also impressed in the Champions League this season, with their 4-1 win over Galatasaray making it consecutive European wins.

Across their last 10 meetings, PSG have won four times, Barcelona have won five times and one game has ended as a draw.
PSG Form
PSG have started the defence of their Champions League crown in superb style, with a 6-1 win over Slovan Bratislava and a 4-2 win over Manchester City enough to see the side move to the top of the group.
While their opening win was a big one, they were at their best in the win over City as they cruised to a 4-2 triumph. This victory over a very good opponent was a real statement, especially as it came on foreign soil. While they have struggled to keep clean sheets in the Champions League, they have won their opening two with an aggregate score of 10-2.
Barcelona will provide a supremely tough test for the reigning champions, but this is the sort of match they will relish. The French side have been the best side in Europe for the last two years, and if they are my pick to come out on top in the battle of the free-scoring sides.
Barcelona Form
Barcelona have been in scintillating form across the start of the new season, with the Spanish side continually proving themselves to be the team to watch when looking for goals.
A 5-1 win over Feyenoord was followed by a 4-1 win over Galatasaray in midweek. This win over Galatasaray saw Barca come from a goal down as they made it 1-1 at half-time before netting three quick-fire goals in the second-half.
As the entertainers in Europe right now, Barca will fancy their chances of giving PSG a very good game. Anthony Gordon continues to give opposition teams real problems with his pace, and while I back him to hit the back of the net for the home side, I do not back him to end on the winning side.
Verdict
I am backing PSG to secure a statement win over Barca as Gordon scores in a losing cause for the home side.
