Como are aiming for one of their great victories as they take on a Manchester United side that they have every chance of beating.

Manchester United cannot afford to fail to end their six-game losing run, with the side winless since they beat Sabah Baku in the Champions League back in September.

Against Manchester United, they will hope that they can take advantage of an opponent that has failed to score more than one goal in any of their last four outings. Across their last eight in all competitions, Como have secured five wins while they have lost twice and drawn once.

I am backing the home side to secure a stunning win over their opponents as they take advantage of Manchester United’s awful run of form.

Since then, they have lost to Manchester United, Brighton and Atletico Madrid, while they have drawn with Fulham, Tottenham and Leeds. Their inability to score goals consistently and keep the opposition out is a major worry as the side have not kept a clean sheet in any of their last six, while they have scored a goal or less in five of their last six.

Como do not constitute a traditional big European side, but they are the favourites to win this one. United have not been anywhere near good enough of late, and their poor run looks set to continue as they take on a side that will not give them a moments rest in their clash.
